LEAD MED TECH – This job also requires when medication is passed that the med tech help on the floor. It's important that it's a team effort. As a Lead you are to maintain a professional relationship with the staff. Not engaging in anything that will bring the team morale down. Building a culture of positivity.

Our shifts are 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm.

Leads are Responsible for:

- Helping find coverage if needed.

- Covering shifts if people are on vacations, out sick, etc.

- Training on AL and MC both. If there is a need then the Leads can go help where there is a need.

- Helping ensure day to day paperwork, end of shift reports, IR's, are completed before the shift ends.

- Other tasks that will be gone over during the interview.
