Direct Care Giver Support Direct Care Professional- Sub, Part Time, Full Time

Starting at $14.28 depending on experience. Pay Increaseswith job tenure.

Job Duties:

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities ofDaily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agencyvehicle (SUV/ truck)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronicmedical record)

• Provide human services assistance and advocacyfor our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
• Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid and Safe CrisisManagement Training
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
