Card Services Specialist

TruEnergy Federal Credit Union, a $130 million-dollar Credit Union located in Springfield, Virginia, is looking for an experienced Card Services Specialist. This position works closely with the Card Services Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the plastic card’s functions. The Card Services Specialist will be responsible for downloading reports, cardholder maintenance, blocking and ordering cards, investigating fraud/disputes, and assisting with credit card applications and functions.

This position requires the chosen applicant to possess strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and the ability to represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.

HYBRID**This position has a hybrid work arrangement that gives you the opportunity to work remotely occasionally, or according to an established schedule determined by your manager.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Minimum two (2) years financial institution experience preferably in lending, accounting, or branch operations.

- Previous experience with credit, debit or ATM processing preferred

- PC proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, postage machine, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
