Position: Skilled Painting Subcontractor

Location: Indianapolis and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality painting services as per project specifications
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint with precision
• Collaborate with TrueHeart Painting on project logistics
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of subcontracting experience in painting
• Valid insurance with workers' compensation or workers' comp exempt certificate
• Own transportation and tools
• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality craftsmanship
