About the role:

At TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to discover their true potential. In this position, you would contribute to this mission by supervising at-risk youth and escorting them to activities, therapy, school, etc. This position requires compassion, empathy, patience, and a true passion for working with youth. The goal is to help at-risk youth get out of their programs and become successful young adults with your help.

Requirements:

• 2 Year experience working with Youth
• This includes but is not limited to an education background, social workers, therapists, case workers, youth mentors, camp counselors, church/youth programs, babysitting, childcare, daycare workers, nanny, etc.
• Must be able to pass a background test
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a high school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

• 8 hour shift
