TrueCare is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Bilingual-Temporary Employment! Near Oceanside, CA

Welcome to TrueCare Oceanside Specialty. Located in Oceanside, east of the 5 Freeway near Oceanside Blvd in the same campus as TrueCare Oceanside, TrueCare Oceanside Specialty specializes in Acupuncture, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic Care and Dental Care.

Covering for a medical leave that will last approximately 4-6 months, we are looking for a great front office MEDICAL Receptionist.

Medical Receptionist for Behavioral Health, checks in and out our Patients, verifying insurance and completing initial consent paperwork. We see about 50-60 patients per day.

The schedule is Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm (10 hour days). Friday and Saturday Off!!!

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming, and well-organized front office for patients and facilitating their flow through the health center. They are responsible for maintaining a professional and efficient environment, answering phone calls, addressing patient questions, registering new patients, scheduling appointments, updating records, and collecting and posting fees.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year experience as a Medical Receptionist or Customer Service Representative.
Basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge of episodic programs and qualification requirements.
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves:

Experience working with EHR.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance billing procedures, including ICD-9 and CPT/HCPCS coding conventions and procedures.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.

Employment is contingent on having an annual COVID-19 vaccination, or use of a mask, from November 1 through March 31 of every year.
