Aesthetic Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner/PA

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of accredited nurse/NP or PA program
• Current RN/PA licensure maintained
• Training in dermatology and/or plastic surgery a plus

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least two years of experience in a dermatology or plastic surgeon’s office injecting
• Experience e-prescribing medications or calling in pharmacy requests
• Comfortable using email and interacting with internet applications
• Knowledge of practice management, electronic health records, and word processing software
• Knowledge in medical terminology including anatomy and prescription writing
• Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Neat, professional appearance

• Administer treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure overall patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day or at a scheduled time.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of equipment and cases.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.
• Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
• Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
• Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables, Laser hair removal, IPL, tattoo removal, skin resurfacing laser treatments, laser vaginal treatments, IV Vitamin Therapy, PRP microneedling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $99,166.25 - $119,426.02 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
