Physical Demands and Work Environment
Typical work will be in a construction environment where duties will be performed indoors and outdoors where you may be regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and risk of vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
The regular operation a computer and other business machines is required. Reaching and bending with arms and hands; using eyes for close vision, peripheral vision, and good depth perception; climbing, good balance, kneeling or crawling, standing, walking, talking, and hearing are all necessary for the position. The employee is required to sit and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time.
The position will require working in an office environment where they must use a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in this work environment is typical of that of an office. The incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday and should be able to handle interruptions as well as multitask.
Driving a company vehicle is required and the applicant must have a valid CA driver license with a clean DMV record
Compensation
Range of base pay is $75,000 - $90,000
