True You Weight Loss is seeking an experienced Patient Care Consultant (Account Representative) to join our growing team. Our team is forward-thinking, innovative, and collaborative.

About You

You have an inherent drive to serve people in their weight-loss journey. You are a learner; a hard worker and you want to win. You love amazing products, services, and value working in a growing small business. You are comfortable with some ambiguity as we figure out the best way to go-to-market and serve others. You will own the responsibility of converting leads into patients, and you’ll accomplish this by making connections and understanding a prospect’s needs. You will answer questions, discuss financing, and guide prospects through their decision. You can demonstrate your skills and will achieve success performing this role remotely through inbound/outbound phone calls, text, email, excellent customer service, and ongoing follow-ups with prospective patients.

About This Role

Strive to ensure that each patient’s experience is nothing less than exceptional starting with the initial contact and information-sharing process. This is a full-time remote position.

• Follow the defined sales and operational processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients by phone and create a strong, engaging relationship to ensure their initial and ongoing relationship with TYWL is exceptional.
• Seek to understand each prospective patients’ personal goals that define their ideal journey and guide them through the buying process (inquiry to consultation, then to procedure scheduling).
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all services and products and provide pre-treatment education and guidance with patients.
• Accurately gather and update patient information aligned with company policies and industry regulations.
• Schedule patient Consultation and Procedure appointments.
• Join Consultation with medical provider to support prospects needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation via the CRM.
• Monitor and follow-up on required payment of services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of demonstrated success in a sales role; preferably from within a professional space such as elective healthcare, medical spa, cosmetics/plastics, fitness, or other related company.
• Experience coordinating care for patients in a service setting is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
