Position Description:
Our Packers perform the following tasks safely with the customer in mind:
• As product is manufactured, take completed parts and assemble materials according to the safety, quality and process requirements
• Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for designated work area
• Replenishes supplies and/or obtains tools if needed
• Work with equipment and products that require high heat
• Resolves assembly problems and notifies supervisors for additional sources
• Maintains inventory level and keeps equipment and tools in good conditions
• Inspects completed package to ensure product is packaged according to specifications
Position Qualifications:
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is NOT required, but preferred
• Minimum 18 -years-old
• Ability to work safely
• Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Cell Phones are not allowed on the floor for static/fire safety
Physical Requirements:
• Must have ability to work while standing in area of responsibility
• Must have physical dexterity of hands/fingers to move product into assembled results
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50-75lbs
• Must have coordination of eye-hand and hand-foot
• Ability to work in an environment with Latex particles in the air
• Ability to complete the essential functions of the job
