100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Managing our expanding product portfolio, crafting roadmaps, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bringing new programs and services to life, from conception to implementation, leveraging our established organizational processes.
- Leading product development efforts, driving innovation, and optimizing product performance to maintain our competitive edge.
- Providing expert guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating across departments to execute our product roadmap and deliver unparalleled solutions to our clients.
- Supporting strategic account solutions and sales initiatives, solidifying True Rx's position as an industry leader.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or development within Pharmacy Benefit Management.
- Proven ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and overcome obstacles to achieve project success.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach to setting priorities.
- Expertise in defining product strategy, developing business plans, and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Self-directed, motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
