 As a Product Manager at True Rx, you'll wear many hats and play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and development processes. 

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Managing our expanding product portfolio, crafting roadmaps, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Bringing new programs and services to life, from conception to implementation, leveraging our established organizational processes.
  • Leading product development efforts, driving innovation, and optimizing product performance to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Providing expert guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborating across departments to execute our product roadmap and deliver unparalleled solutions to our clients.
  • Supporting strategic account solutions and sales initiatives, solidifying True Rx's position as an industry leader.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or development within Pharmacy Benefit Management.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and overcome obstacles to achieve project success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach to setting priorities.
  • Expertise in defining product strategy, developing business plans, and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
