Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of the property office
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing units and processing applications
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating resident information and maintaining accurate records
- Collect rent and ensure timely payment processing
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with the maintenance team
- Prepare lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and other related documents
- Maintain organized files and records related to property management activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management is required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Appfolio property management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
