International Tax Manager Job Description

Responsibilities of the International Tax Manager:
The International Tax Manager will manage a Senior Tax Analyst. This role will have have responsibility to manage all aspects of income tax accounting for the company in accordance with FAS109, FIN 48 and APB 23, as well as transfer pricing. Reporting directly to the Director of Tax, this position will also manage the international tax compliance function and assist in various international projects.
Job Details:
- Oversee calculation of the quarterly and annual consolidated tax provision according to ASC740
- Work with external firms to manage the preparation of foreign informational returns (Forms 5471)
- Assist with tax planning and research to resolve complex tax issues
- Assist with managing the company's Transfer Pricing Policies
- Assist is setting up new legal entities in foreign jurisdictions to accommodate international expansion.
Experience Preferred for the International Tax Manager:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years progressive tax experience, public accounting experience or corporate (international company)
- Good understanding of international tax (GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F Income, foreign tax credits, earnings and profits)
- Strong communication
