True North of Iowa is Hiring a Relationship Manager Near Cedar, IA

True North of Iowa is a locally owned and operated restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and structural drying services. We are seeking a dynamic relationship focused and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal person for the role will have strong communication skills, take initiative, be self-managed, and enjoy building relationships.

This role is responsible for building relationships with key clients, centers of influence, and referral partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new commercial business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial property holders, property managers, insurance agents, plumbers and HVAC contractors, and real estate brokers.
  • Drive referrals through proactive activities, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote and market True North Restoration to new customers, targeting major accounts and referral partners.
  • Lead participation in industry functions, such as trade shows and marketing events.
  • Document and track prospect and client data using our CRM system.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and focus on generating high-value leads.
  • Identify appropriate target accounts and effectively sell our services.
  • Meet sales activity thresholds through client and prospect meetings, events, calls, and emails.
  • Document and track opportunities and business development activities in our CRM program.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain proficiency in our services and associated terminology.
  • Adhere to company employment standards and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Contribute positively to the company culture and community.
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications And Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Initiative and self-motivation to identify opportunities for growth and take proactive steps to address them.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise in client relationships.
  • Time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to attend networking functions beyond normal business hours.
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office or Google Docs skills; ability to learn computer systems quickly.
  • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Outgoing, driven, and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
