Reassess at 30 days and 90 days as needed
Eligible for one week paid vacation after 6 months

Primary Responsibility: To assist the owner with the execution of various marketing and sales related activities.
- Bring creativity for new ideas
· Help schedule interviews, collaborate podcast and sponsors
· Realtor Relationships and referrals
Weekly office visits (at least 20/week),
One on ones (5-10/week) office/coffee etc
Open House/Broker Open (Budget available - 4/month)
Agent CPR (at least 6 per month)
Cold calling weekly goal TBD
Seller agent leads
Handwritten Cards (thanks, how are ya,etc.) (10 agents/month min/new agents)
Send Out Cards or (preferred) handwritten (b-day, anniversary, hit sales goal)
Presentations and schedule (HI, Warranty, Lunch/Learn etc.) (4 /month)
Company attire required for meetings and all marketing
Follow up emails (see also touch point campaign)
· Reviews
Follow up with client/agent feedback as needed
· Presentations/ events
Build and refresh “Brand” bag,
Work together on presentations / classes/ slide shows (eventually have the ability to do on own)
Refine 60 second/ 5 minute/ 10 minute presentations
Attend weekly marketing/networking meeting(s)
Sponsorship/events

Radon pick up/ drop off
Regularly update owner of marketing supplies, needs, or requests
Meet service companies for access
Build/ refresh weekly calendar
Fill in as Client Care Coordinator only as needed
Be prepared for changes as the company grows
