A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you play a vital role in our operations by providing excellent customer service to our current and future patients. With a smile and a friendly attitude, you greet patients when they visit and check them in. You handle emails and phone calls, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and gathering information. With close attention to detail, you are always sure to record any necessary notes in our patients' electronic records. Additionally, you perform health insurance benefits checks as well as take and record transactions. You love working with people and doing your part to ensure the best possible chiropractic care for our patients!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service skills
