Entry Level Sales Representative – Base Commission

Job Description Position Summary Do you want to be part of a new and exciting Technology-focused sales team?

True Network Solutions is looking for a passionate Sales Specialist for our in-store Tech Services program. Part tech guru, part sales – our team builds trust, provides tech solutions, and makes sure our customers have a great shopping experience! You will interact with customers shopping for technology & electronics and advise on services based on their needs. Kickstart your career with this exciting position located in select Walmart stores.

Responsibilities

• Selling both add-on and stand-alone services such as tech support plans, setup services, and more to our customers
• Assist customers in the store with tech-related questions
• Participate in scheduled store events such as promotional marketing, canvassing, and customer training sessions

Things that will make you stand out

• Sales experience

• Experience working with phone hardware, such as replacing cell phone screens

• Basic experience with troubleshooting smart home products such as Google Home, smart doorbells, etc.

• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation

• Hourly, based on experience
• 3% commission on all True Network Solutions Product sales, increasing to 10% when sales reach more than $500 p/w
