Job Description

The Appointment Setter works closely with our Sales Team to ensure consistent follow-up with our leads which drives in-person appointments for our sales team and ultimately, contracts to purchase homes. Qualified candidates have a proven ability to maintain a high level of outbound attempts per day while having quality conversations that lead to sales appointments. Must have a sufficient grasp of key sales skills, negotiation, objection handling, and fundamental relationship selling techniques.

Candidate must also be highly proficient with computers and cloud-based CRMs.

This is an in-person position situated in our Centennial, CO office. Reliable transportation is required for this role.

Significant opportunity for advancement within the Company pending specific performance goals and KPIs.

Primary functions to include

• Lead nurturing through the Company’s CRM, SalesForce
• Approximately 80-100 Outbound dials per shift to Homeowners within our CRM to engage in a quality conversation and gauge readiness on selling their home
• Learn and follow the Lead Management Script
• Status: Contract Position with potential for W2
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Bonus Plan

Employee is eligible for Performance Bonuses, paid upon discretion of the management.
