Job Description
The Appointment Setter works closely with our Sales Team to ensure consistent follow-up with our leads which drives in-person appointments for our sales team and ultimately, contracts to purchase homes. Qualified candidates have a proven ability to maintain a high level of outbound attempts per day while having quality conversations that lead to sales appointments. Must have a sufficient grasp of key sales skills, negotiation, objection handling, and fundamental relationship selling techniques.
Candidate must also be highly proficient with computers and cloud-based CRMs.
This is an in-person position situated in our Centennial, CO office. Reliable transportation is required for this role.
Significant opportunity for advancement within the Company pending specific performance goals and KPIs.
