True Hippie Cleaning is a local natural cleaning company based in Madison, WI. Established in December of 2016, Our reputation thrives on alternative cleaning keeping all beings safe using pure ingredients and honest solutions in our operations.

As a Cleaning Service, We conquer a wide variety of services, primarily focusing on residential cleaning based on a Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly visits. Other requests may include Detailed Services for Move Out, or Post Construction jobs. Other tasks may include Organization, or Window Cleaning.

We're looking for qualified high-skilled people who have more than experience in cleaning industry work. They must also be POSITIVE, professional, energetic, honest, hard working and fun! It's important they're comfortable working around pets and other people often.

• Comfortable with cleaning between staircases and basements

Experience

1 - 2 years of minimum experience in residential cleaning

Available Monday - Friday

VALID Drivers License, Car Insurance and Health Insurance

Personal transportation to pick up equipment and get to each service ( 1 - 4 jobs assigned daily)

Schedule -

MUST be available Monday - Friday.

Work hours between 8AM to 6PM

Most days will vary 6hrs-8hrs

1hr Lunch break - Unpaid

*Days vary based on scheduled services

Schedules go by the month - to - month basis.

Wages

• $18.00 / hour with increase of wages based on performance and stay

Training 4 - 6 weeks, once proven reliability, a pay increase will be in effect from $18.00 / hour to $20.00 / hour. Wages increase based on performance, clientele and responsibilities. Post Construction and Move Out Services range from $18.00 / hour to $20.00 / hour.

Management can earn up to $25.00 / hour.

Additional Work For Motivated People.....

Maintenance Technician - 10 hrs 15hrs per week / $20 / h

• Service equipment used on a weekly basis, such as vacuum cleaners, filters and utensils.
• Operate a washing machine and dryer throughout the week, running 3 - 6 cycles of towels and mop heads. Once each service is completed, the technician would also restock proper tubs with clean laundry.
• Create formulas using vinegar, alcohol, distilled water, essential oils, baking soda, castile soap and many other ingredients.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies stock and report total request to management for order processing.

Additional Opportunities

• Explore theory of fermenting, crafting vinegar and other solutions; while also experimenting new formulas in our product line using all natural and biodegradable ingredients.
• Research and reviewing any insight for branding products and alternative uses for daily cleaning services. In e.x sponges, celluous now use loofah.
