True Diagnostics, Inc. is Hiring a Facilities Associate Near Carlsbad, CA

Duties and responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs:

· Clean and sanitize bathrooms in all three True Diagnostics locations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

· Regularly check and restock essential items such as tissues, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies.

· Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facilities.

· Clean and organize breakrooms, including tables, chairs, and kitchen appliances.

· Ensure the stockroom is well-organized, and inventory is maintained at appropriate levels.

· Assist with general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

· May act as a backup driver for company errands and transportation needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related role preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must maintain active car insurance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required to act as a backup driver).

Working conditions:

Works in an office type setting. The position is required to travel between True Diagnostics buildings locally. Required to wear PPE when entering laboratory and manufacturing room locations.

Physical requirements:

Physical demands require sitting for extended periods of time, walking, bending, reaching,

carrying, and occasionally lifting and/or moving objects up to 15 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
