TRUE AG & TURF IS HIRING PARTS SPECIALIST
Parts Specialist Benefits:
- Our Parts Specialist make between $18-$25 per hour based on location & retail/sales experience
- Company-provided uniforms
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only
- Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month
- 401k with up to a 5% match
- 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
- Temperature controlled retail environment
- 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
Parts Specialist Requirements:
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
- Basic agriculture parts and agriculture machinery knowledge
- Ability to work in a retail/sales team environment
- Sales and agriculture background a plus
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- High School diploma or equivalent retail/sales experience
