Parts Specialist - Counter Sales Inside Sales Heavy-Duty Truck Parts Full-Time

- Work hours M-F 8-5; OFF ON WEEKENDS!
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
- Determine customers' truck parts needs
- Assist customers with warranties
- Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse
- Process orders for the outside sales team
Successful Candidates Will Have :
- Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge / experience, also a plus
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs
- Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to safely lift heavy parts and use a forklift
