Client Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist (Reno,NV)

Basic Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2 years of clinical experience in the veterinary industry or related experience preferred
• Appointment scheduling & client interaction
• Chart prepping & record keeping
• Cash handling
• Client/patient confidentiality

Desired Experience:

• General Practice Knowledge
• Prescription Knowledge
• Phone-Based Triage
• Microsoft Office - including but not limited to Outlook, Word, & Excel
• Email, fax, and phone correspondence
• Compassion with existing & new clients
• Willingness to cross train to assist in hospital procedures

Dr. Kuester has worked at SAGE Veterinary Centers as Urgent Care and Emergency Doctor as well as in single and 15 doctor GPs over the last 10 years.
