Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Prep Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for our proprietary protective coatings, including masking, sanding, and wiping truck beds to ensure a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Masking off areas of vehicles to protect them from overspray during the coating application process.
• Sanding truck beds to create a smooth surface for the application of protective coatings.
• Wiping down truck beds to remove dust, dirt, and debris before coating application.
• Assisting with other tasks in the shop as needed to support the overall workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing, bodywork, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with spray-on bedliner application is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with automotive painting techniques and materials.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
