Summary:
The Mobile Technician will be responsible for completing repairs on engines and chassis products in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field
* Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands
* Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools
* Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders
* Complete training for business requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* Technician experience, qualified to perform work on most or all of products in-scope for a technician at this dealer
* Complex diagnosis and repair
* Work with minimal to no supervision
* Effectively train and guide less experienced technicians
* Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic
* Locally valid driver licenses
* CDL preferred but not required
* Must be a minimum 21 years of age
