Truck Center Companies is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Dodge, KS

Family- owned Truck Center Companies is one of America's largest Freightliner dealers. Founded in 1975, the Omaha, Nebraska based dealership has grown to 17 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota with over 1100 employees. Truck Center Companies is built on the understanding that when our customers and employees succeed, our entire nation succeeds. Transportation is the lifeblood of our company.

We are currently looking to add a parts specialist for our Dodge City, KS dealership. The shift will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be proficient on a computer.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

  • Assist customers with their parts needs in a professional, courteous and prompt manner.
  • Answer phones.
  • Obtain sufficient information from customer to ensure correct part is specified.
  • Invoice all parts purchases at the time of sale.
  • Determine and order necessary/ requested parts.
