Qualifications:

At a minimum

Must have either bachelors degree in progress or completed

Students in their masters degree are strongly encouraged to apply

Looking for candidates pursuing Applied Behavior Analysis, M.A.

Previous experience working with kids with ASD and related conditions

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism and other special needs.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children in a one-on-one setting.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including special education teachers and speech therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Support clients in developing social skills and adaptive behaviors.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or special needs, is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and experience in recording and analyzing behavioral data is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaborating with the treatment team and providing feedback to parents or caregivers.
