TruCare Living Center - Selma serves Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care Residents.

LVN 7am to 7pm Job Duties Include:

• LVNs do 24 Hour Electronic Chart Check
• LVN will do Resident routine evaluations
• LVN's complete Hot Rack and Routine charting in Point Click Care
• LVN performs Medication Administration
• LVNs will Communicate with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and DON as needed
• LVN's provide Supervision of CNA's
• LVN updates Individualized Care for the Residents
