As a Lead Professional Home Service Technician and Handyman, you will:

• Utilize your extensive handyman skills to perform a wide variety of tasks, from minor repairs to major home improvements.
• Estimate some jobs and projects along with the Estimator and/or owner
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in your interactions with seniors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Seek opportunities for repeat business by fostering strong client relationships and delivering platinum-level service.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and excellence in every project you undertake including meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
• Embrace the values of integrity, compassion, and respect that define our company culture.
• Some training and leading of other home technicians on the team

Requirements:

• Proven 10 years of experience as a professional handyman, with a diverse skill set and a keen attention to detail.
