Tru Home ADT is seeking a dynamic individual to work in our new ADT Store in Deltona, Florida. Candidate will educate consumers that come into our store about ADT Security Products and services. With out new state-of-the-art smart store potential customers will get a true understanding of how our products and services will benefit their family.

This is a great position for real estate agents, insurance agents, door to door sales people, Cellular sales, or home improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales strategies

- Manage and maintain customer accounts

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Technical sales experience is preferred

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
