Hiring bonus of up to $3,000!

TRU Healthcare is looking for an experienced dynamic Mental Health Psychotherapist (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) with substance, trauma, and EMDR background (preferred) to join our team in Minnetonka, MN.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health and medical professionals providing exceptional care for the community. What your day will look like:

  • Providing thorough Diagnostic Assessments for complex clients with multiple diagnoses (in-person and via tele-health) who are interested in ketamine infusions for mental health and pain conditions.
  • Collaborate with the TRU health multidisciplinary team to help create treatment plans for new clients
  • Provide thorough and timely documentation in a fast paced environment
  • Provide ongoing therapy for a limited caseload
  • Networking with medical and mental health professionals related to Ketamine treatment and services provided at TRU
  • Personal commitment to research: Become well informed on the research and understand the benefits and contraindications for Ketamine infusions related to mental health in order to provide excellent care and education to clients.

  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
  • A warm and joyful patient centered approach
  • A great sense of humor
  • The ability to think quickly and problem solve independently
  • A hunger for knowledge and the willingness to learn about and educate regarding the Ketamine process and treatment.
  • The ability to create and foster relationships in the therapy and medical community

Qualifications:

  • LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT Licensure
  • Substance Use and/or trauma/EMDR background preferred
  • 3 years of experience diagnosing and providing ongoing therapy
