Now is your opportunity to work at the TRU by Hilton in Jackson! Previous hotel experience preferred, but are willing to train the right candidate. Full and Part-time positions available. Must be able to stand for a full 8 hour shift. You will represent the hotel to the guests throughout all stages of the guest's stay and ensure that the brand's highest standards are met. Responsibilities

· Making Reservations

· Accommodating guests needs throughout their stay

· Resolving guest issues with professionalism and compassion

· Running daily reports and following detailed check lists

· Answering multi-line phone

· Openly communicating with other departments
