The hotel is located at 350 Airgate Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560.

The Role :

As a Houseperson / Shuttle Driver, you'll be both the friendly face behind the wheel of our hotel shuttle and the unsung hero who works behind the scenes to ensure our property dazzles with cleanliness and organization.

This position is for the 4PM-12AM shift.

What You'll Do :

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel, from the lobby to the hallways.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that each space reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the housekeeping team to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Safely transport guests to and from the RDU Airport and designated locations, embodying the Tru spirit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the hotel shuttle.
• Collaborate with the front desk to offer information and assistance to guests during their stay.

Your Skills and Style :

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel setting is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and attractions.
• You're physically fit and capable of lifting and moving supplies, equipment, and luggage.
• Your schedule flexibility means you're open to weekends and holidays. This position is for the 4PM-12AM shift.
