WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations to include but not limited to hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc.
• Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom, and carpet cleaner.
• Aid housekeepers as needed.
• Report any missing/found articles, damage, or merchandise problems.
• Received assigned section, keys, supplies and any priority requests.
• Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
