As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent hospitality and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle various administrative tasks. ```Responsibilities``` - Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions - Verify and balance guest accounts, including charges and payments - Prepare daily reports, including occupancy and revenue summaries - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and other front desk equipment - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests from different language backgrounds - Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations with professionalism If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
