Responsibilities:
- Perform airless paint spraying on various industrial products
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application
- Operate a crane to move and position large items for painting
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Experience with airless paint spraying techniques
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint ratios
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the painting process
- Previous experience in auto painting or industrial painting is a plus
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
- Ability to weld or perform basic materials handling tasks is a bonus
