Position: Elementary Principal’s Secretary, 1.0 FTE

Location: Morse Elementary School

Reports to: Building Principal
Salary: Per Current TESA Contract

Posting Date: January 11, 2024
Deadline Date: Until Filled

Starting Date: January 30, 2024
Description: 37.5 Hours/Week, 45 Weeks Per Year

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma with post high school training preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational and record-keeping skills required. Preference may be given to applicants with prior
office experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office with a customer service attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with math skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain good rapport with adults and students
  • Satisfactory work and attendance records
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft applications and the internet
  • Preference may be given to those with additional training/experience in district supported software, such as student
attendance and information systems and/or a willingness to learn new systems
  • Such alternatives to the above as appropriate to the position
