The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for utilizing skills to support Family Medicine practices. The assistant will help schedule appointments, check-in patients, answer phones, and perform various clinical functions.
The assistant Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and projects and perform quality initiatives as directed. We value demonstrated cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness in our Medical Office Assistants.
Your ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, and personnel is key to your success in this role.
Must be comfortable with computers and learn new systems quickly; Athena or Medisys experience preferred. Previous medical office experience is helpful.
