Troy Gymnastics is Hiring a Team Gymnastics Coach Near Troy, MI
Qualifications:
-High School Graduate
-Coaching experience
-Background in movement based sport or discipline strongly encouraged (Cheer/tumbling, fitness, martial arts, rock climbing, etc.)
Skills:
-athletic and high energy
-enjoy working with kids
-take directions well
-learn quickly
-flexible in tasks and can work independently
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Lead, demonstrate, spot, and coach kids through a pre-arranged lesson plan.
-Tidy stations and mats up at the start and end of shift
-Help keep the gym clean and well maintained
Duration: Full Time (30-40 hours per week)
-Weekday mornings to afternoon or Afternoon and evenings
-One day on the weekend morning to early afternoon
Salary: Starting at $15 – or an hour based on experience
- 1.25X pay on weekends -Benefits included for full time employees
-$75 bonus per paycheck for 27 hours a week
