Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds/Porter Maintenance Worker to join our team for the Summer season! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
• Performing light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and painting
• Responding to requests from tenants or guests for assistance or information
• Managing the disposal of trash and recycling
• Monitoring the inventory of supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties.
• Sweep walkway of debris.
• Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
• Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
