Responsibilities:

• Meet all the requirements for Tech Grade Production Operator Job description.
• Operate both Tech Grade and Food Grade Stations as needed.
• Follow advanced and strict documentation and reporting requirements.
• Understand the potential risks associated with processing Food Grade products.
• Observe and report any condition that may impact food safety or product quality.
• Adhere to all ISO policies and procedures in addition to Food Grade practices.
• Work as part of a team and cultivate a zero-tolerance culture regarding Food Safety rules.
• Document and report any station condition changes.
• Perform magnet check, screen checks and scale checks on strict frequency.
Participate in Food Grade third party and customer audits.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Food Grade Processing experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety regulations, HAACP, and GMPs
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
• Must exhibit proactive qualities, take initiative when possible and be self-directed.
• Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law.
• Proficient documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
