The Continuous Improvement Supervisor reports to the Site Continuous Improvement Manager and is a member of the Site’s Continuous Improvement team.
The Continuous Improvement Supervisor (PM) coordinates the integration & implementation of focused improvement efforts for the site as well as provides ownership and support of sites data integrity, visibility, and automation.
Responsible for all outcomes related to the techniques, processes, and systems in an area and supports the Area Owners and Maintenance.
Owns Daily Management Systems (DMS) processes for Defect Handling (DH), Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MP&S), and Break Down Elimination (BDE) within the scope of the Tropicana Brands Group Work Systems.
