Employee Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the managers and supervisors

CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
• Preferred Certifications: Serve Safe Food Handlers Certificate
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• College Station, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
