Tropic Oil is Hiring a Loss Prevention Mgr Near Medley, FL
- Oversees the installation of new security equipment such as surveillance cameras, mirrors, and electronic security devices.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets.
- Ensures surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly by conduction periodic inspections of stores.
- Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages.
- Investigates and audits sources of known losses.
- Investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity.
- Prepares reports on the effectiveness of established processes and preventive measures.
- Researches, advises, and implements additional security measures.
- Follows and enforce all Parkland USA’s policies and established procedures.
- Employee must demonstrate safe work and risk management practices. Communicate and enforce all safety and security issues. Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or unsafe acts in accordance with Parkland USA’s POEMS policies and procedure.
- Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored are maintained.
- Employee is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must meet performance expectations. Must complete all duties as assigned
- Frequent travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
Other:
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
