Responsibilities for Line Cook:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is highly preferred but not required
• Experience on grill, fry, and sautee is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn new stations if no experience is present
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities for Dishwasher:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary

Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the needs of the establishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
