Trophies, Awards & Promotional Branding Company is Hiring an Office and Customer Service Administrator Near Hialeah, FL

We are hiring an organized and goal-oriented Customer Service / Office Administrator to keep our day-to-day business operations running smoothly! We are an established and family-owned Trophies, Awards & Promotional Branding Company that has been in business for over 30 years.

Beyond greeting showroom clients and answering phone calls and emails, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with our customer service and accounting team.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish and has experience answering phones, assisting with email orders and inquiries, assisting with walk-in clients, and able to provide accounting support and general office duties.

Requirements for the job include:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Team-Oriented with a "Can-Do" Attitude
  • Proficiency in English is a Must
  • Bilingual in Spanish is also Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
