• Manager must be on Duty during the busiest times.
• Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well stocked and organized.
• Ensuring a consistent positive guest experience.
• Planning of weekly and seasonal events.
  Circulates throughout the restaurant facilities and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Compliance to Health Department standards.
• Maintaining a positive morale within the department.
• Training front of the house staff and on-course refreshment car staff on department standards.
• Assuring consistency in quality of food, service and timing.
• Holding daily Pre-shifts involving Executive Chef for Food Knowledge review.
• Menu creation and inserting into Jonas.
• Daily Floor Plans.
• Editing and maintaining proper POS operations.
• Coding and logging of invoices.
• Managing expenditures within budgeted numbers.
• Managing labor within budgeted numbers.
• Overseeing all Food & Beverage Inventory control and maintaining cost of sales within budgeted numbers.
• Daily communications with the Director of Food & Beverage on department status.
• Leading team in a positive manner.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Alcohol Awareness Training, Food Safety and appropriate sanitation training.
