Belfair Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team and lead our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including pre-shift meetings, reviewing daily specials, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Monitor food quality and service standards, interacting with guests to ensure a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service from kitchen to table.
• Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support staff hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in a club environment is preferred, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Open Table is a plus. The ability to work collaboratively and lead by example is essential.
