Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for Facilities Maintenance Staff to perform general building maintenance. Both FT and PT available.Red Hawk Golf and Resort offers FREE GOLF for all employees, along with many other employee discounts.Compensation- $15 DOEGeneral Purpose:Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including facilities, grounds and other areas as required.Essential Duties:• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.• Performs other duties as required.• Regular and Reliable attendance is required.Physical Demands:Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
