The Golf Shop Attendant / Sales Associate will offer exceptional service to members and guests, as well as assist with merchandise sales, shop operations, and other golf related activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer service skills
• Retail Sales Experience
• Friendly and Energetic
• Strong Communications skills
• Basic Golf knowledge is helpful but not required

Position Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming way
• Develop knowledge of merchandise that is offered in the shop
• Maintain presentation of merchandise as well as the overall store appearance
• Serve customers by helping them select products
• Assist in receiving new merchandise
• Execute all purchases and returns in Point Of Sale system
• Check in members and guests for tee times
• Answer phone calls, taking messages for professional staff, making reservations and answer questions members may have
• Partake in monthly inventory
• Perform shop open and closing procedures
• Other duties as assigned
